 | Raymond Arsenault is the executive director of Enterprise Peninsula since October 30th 2006. He worked from 1969 to 1996 in the Acadian peninsula as a director of two financial institutions, project manager for the Town of Caraquet and marketing director for a regional business. Since 2001, he has been the consultant for ACOA in Miramichi and the sector coordinator for Enterprise Miramichi.

 | A Master in Business Administration (MBA) graduate of l'Université de Moncton, Joël Thibodeau worked as Sector coordinator with Enterprise Peninsula. In February 2008, Joël became the Economic Development Officer. His new responsibilities consist in guiding, new or existing, entrepreneurs in the development of their business. Native of Haut-Sheila, he joined Enterprise Peninsula in August 2006.

 | A business administration graduate of the Université de Moncton, Ghislain Comeau holds the position of Labour Force Development Officer with Enterprise Peninsula since January 2006. Mister Comeau has worked as a Development and a Project officer for many organizations of various fields since his graduation. Mister Comeau is originally from Tracadie-Sheila.

 | Francisca DeGrâce joined the team of Enterprise Peninsula in October 2007. She has obtained a post-secondary diploma at the New Brunswick Community College, campus of Bathurst, in Business Technology option Administration and E-Commerce. Miss DeGrâce, from her initiative, has for mandate to match jobs opportunities in the Acadian Peninsula with post-secondary graduates. Native from North Tetagouche, she now lives in Tracadie-Sheila since 2006.

 | Originally from Lamèque, Aldéa Larocque joined Enterprise Peninsula in May 2009. She has obtained a Master in Business Administration, graduate of Moncton?s University. She is responsible of all the youth initiatives and since March 2010, is the Youth Development Agent.

 | Graduate from Tracadie-Sheila school, Alga Ferguson initially started as joint owner with her husband of their own company during 11 years, where she managed the business and the bookkeeping. Thereafter she was managing assistance of another company during 15 years. With more than 25 years of experience in management and with customer service she has a passion of work done in a professional way, She is especially very effective and by never account of her hours.
